In 2009 KEF aims to fund the following projects, consistent with its 5-year plan objectives. Details appear on following pages with cost of each project.

• Fund a daily meal for 1,300 students, prepared by mothers/guardians
  
• Lower the student/teacher ratio
• Build adequate classrooms
• Offer Teacher stipends and training
• Maximize student enrollment
• Offer Microcredit to individual businesses
